whose office is one floor higher than that of the Neptune Small Cap Fund;
by clue 10, the Asia Fund's office is one floor above Carol's office, which
is one floor higher than Mr. (clue 2) Sellers' office. The two clues
do not overlap completely, since Carol isn't Mr. Stock. Linda can't
be Mr. Sellers. The only other possible overlap would be that Stock
manages the Neptune Asia Fund--no (8). Therefore, all six offices are given
between clues 1 and 10, so that either Linda or the Asia Fund has the 6th
floor office with the other of the two then being on the 3rd floor. If the
Asia Fund office were on the 6th floor, by clue 10, Carol's would be on the

(9). However, Cash's office isn't on the 3rd floor (11), a conflict.
Therefore, the Asia Fund office isn't on the 6th floor; Linda's is. By clue
1, Mr. Stock's office is on the 5th and Neptune Small Cap on the 4th floor;
while by clue 10, the Asia Fund is located on the 3rd, Carol's office on the
2nd, and Mr. Sellers' fund on the 1st floor. By clue 4, Margaret manages the
Neptune Asia Fund and Carol Neptune Municipals. Mr. Stock manages Neptune
Technology, and Gaines the Small Cap Fund (7). By clue 5, Carol is Bond; and
Sellers runs the Neptune Value Fund. By elimination, Linda oversees the
