In this year's Summerset Little League, Mickey and five other players finished 1st-6th in hitting and made the All-Star tournament team. Each slugger plays a different position, one right field, and plays on a different league team, one on the Valley Lumber squad. Given the stats below, can you hit a grand slam by determining each player's full name, the position and team for which he plays, and his batting average for the 2003 season?

  2. These three players ranked in consecutive higher-to-lower order in the batting race: Danny, Paige, and the Reliable Insurance team member.
  3. The Lions Club star isn't the hard-hitting first baseman.
  4. The shortstop batted .025 higher than Tommy, who averaged .015 higher than Bonds.
  5. Cobb, who isn't Danny, and the Reliable Insurance player both say their favorite Big Leaguer is Alex Rodriguez.
  6. The catcher among the top six hitters isn't Ott.
  7. Danny isn't on the Qwik Stop team.

  9. Young and the batters from the Frank's Diner and the Lions Club teams tied for the league lead in home runs with six each.
  10. In the final batting standings, Ruth finished immediately ahead of Jackie, who isn't Bonds.
