Last Wednesday, each of the sportscasters on the five Summerset television stations, including the one on KMON-TV, announced his picks to win and lose the NCAA championship game that concludes the 64-team March Madness. No two pick the same two teams to reach the final game, and no two pick the same team to win the tournament; interestingly, each predicts that the winner chosen by one of the others will lose to his choice in the final game. Given the stat sheet below, can you solve this March Madness Logic Puzzle by determining each sportscaster's full name (one first name is Chris), the TV station and channel on which he appears, and his picks to win and lose the 2003 NCAA title game?

  1. The five local sportscasters are Bob, the one on KPAS-TV, the man on channel 11, the sportscaster who picks Arizona to win the championship, and the one who picks the Texas Longhorns to lose in the final game.
  2. Dave, who isn't Bryant, picks Kentucky to lose in the title game.
  3. The channel 7 sportscaster, who isn't Iverson, isn't the one who has Pittsburgh losing in the final.
  4. Last year, Alan and the man on channel 2, which isn't KPAS-TV, both correctly predicted Maryland would win the title.
  5. One sportscaster picks Texas to win while a rival has Arizona losing; the channel 13 announcer has neither of those two teams as one of his final game picks.
  6. Iverson predicts Oklahoma will win the 2003 NCAA championship.
  7. Ed and O'Neal, who is on KFUL-TV, are being sent to cover the Final Four by their TV stations.
  8. Dave isn't the prognosticator who picks Texas to win it all.
  9. Because they are both in the Midwest Region, only one of Kentucky and Pittsburgh can reach the final game.
  10. Bryant isn't the one who is on channel 5.
  11. Bob, who isn't Iverson, isn't the man picking the Pittsburgh Panthers to win.
  12. The sportscaster on KPAS-TV, which isn't channel 13, doesn't have Arizona as his losing team.
  13. O'Neal, who isn't Dave, isn't the one predicting a Kentucky Wildcats championship.
  14. The one--not Malone--picking Kentucky as the final game loser isn't the man on KORT-TV.
  15. Alan's pick to lose in the title game isn't the Arizona Wildcats.
  16. The KBAL-TV announcer, who isn't Jordan, isn't the one picking the Oklahoma Sooners to lose in the NCAA championship game.
